I am 27 weeks pregnant. Due to change in city my new dr advised me additional ecosprin 75..what is its use?earlier i was having iron calcium argipreg..now ecosprin75 is also included.

Usually  Ecosprin tab is given till 34 weeks of gestation  in case of 1 . Hypertension complicating pregnancy .2 .intra uterine growth Restriction  3 .Rpt abortions .(previous ).4. if liquor is less .
Next Steps
you were already on Argipreg sachets . given in case if liquor is less or if growth of the fetus is not satisfactory .
Health Tips
you can send the scan reports & your clinical parameters .ie B.P ,Serum creatinine .&urine analysis  reports .                                                       There is no harm in taking ,infact it helps in im proving liquor amount & increases placental sufficiency .

Hi, Please let me know your B.P and Urine routine for Albumin, Ultrasound report, Ecosprin is given in cases of high BP and Iugr and So I need to know these reports. Continue taking the medicines. And let me know the reports

Hi. Ecospirin is added if High Bp , IUGR or placental insufficiency is suspected . Since you already taking Argipreg probably AFI is low .So advised Ecospirin.
