I am 6 week pregnant and today got black stool. I am worried. Is it normal. I am not taking Iron capsule.

Black stool is not normal condition. This may indicate upper gastrointestinal bleeding. That may lead to anaemia. Do stool test for occult blood, CBC and urine R&M. For symptomatic relief you may try Syrup Sucral 10 ml  empty stomach 1 hour before meal and at bed time. Tab. Pantop 40 mg empty stomach once a day. For what purposes and when you had taken dubagest 400mg please mention Urgent visit to obstetric consultant for proper examinations and medications
