There are few concerns here: weight loss, jaundice and loose stools. In a 6 days old baby, these needs to be addressed urgently. Please visit a doctor as baby needs to be examined as well.

Your baby has lost 14.5% weight, this is not good.
Next Steps
Feed every 2 hrly and burp for 10-15 min . Keep a watch on the urine output. Baby has to pass urine more than 6 times/ day: passing stool 10-15 times is normal, so don’t worry about stools.
