6 mm stone is having 40- 50% possibility of passing stone spontaneously. Can wait maximum for 10-15 days. If there will be persistent pain or fever then surgery will be required early, till then you can wait for stone to pass spontaneously. If it will not pass even after 10-15 days the it will be kesa likely yo pass, then you need to take a call for stone removal by surgery.
