There is a black mole in my right hand. I searched the net about it and found that these can be cancerous. Please look at the photo and tell me if there is anything wrong with this mole

A thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. A better photograph would have been helpful.
