A bleeding injury near anal area.
I have been feeling itchy and bleeding small injury in anal area. In the initial period I thought it may some normal common injury due to some infection..but last 15 days it have become quite painful. I have read on one of the blog that it can be a "Pile". I thought it would go on its own but I have lost all I think I need to consult with a doctor.

Bleeding through the anus can be due to fissure in ano, piles etc. The history given by you clearly indicates you have constipation or passage of hard stools. This has to be evaluated by examination as soon as possible.
