A dark spot with little hair on left arm

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have a dark spot , with little hair grown on it on left arm, near to shoulder. It is existing for about 10 years now. It was created after some reaction to Hapetits B vaccination during school time. It's not causing any problem as such. But I will feel more confident without it.
