A lots of acne
I m 18 and a male i have lot of acne on my face. I have tried many treatments from other specialist but the results are always negative applying my request here by hoping the best

Acne vulgaris ..its physiological response to your hormones & how we respond to this depends on hereditary. Exams , intriview ,lack of sleep, menstrual cycles in females may cause flare up.
Depending on the grade of acne we treat acne to prevent complications like post acne scarring & pigmentation. So Its not onetime treatment , you need to maintain.
Incase if you already tried topical medicines & systemic antibiotics not responding means you can go for systemic retinoids (isotretinoin),
Good face wash which contains salicylic acid regularly will decrease the severity of acne as a supportive treatment.
Chemical peels ,IPL...etc also helps in reducing the acne faster.
