A pimple like lump on my Balls
I have a pimple like lump on my ball sack.
It’s red and white in colour .
It doesn’t hurt or anything
It’s been there for 2 years and not going away.
I’m getting to start worrying about it
Please help me understand what it is and what I can do.
I guess I got it when I was shaving my testicular hair and by mistake I scratched my balls it bled a bit then.
Few days after that I saw this .
And it’s been 2-3 years since

It might just be remanant scar tissue caused because of the injury. You can show it to a surgeon to clear your doubts regarding it and measures to get rid of it.
