When I visit the loo in the morning I have trouble passing out stool. It causes pain while I defacate. After which its ok .

Hello.. Well it's quite possible that you have constipation...I would suggestyou to meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined so that this won't be a problem...We need to rule out fissure...Plaese take bananas and also drink warm water early in the morning...Thank you
