Hi, I have been experiencing a continuous, stinging pain in my right ear since 5 days. It started with very light pain in ear and now, it has become very painful. Even if air blows into my ear canal, it is paining. Though I would like to go to a doctor, no one is available today. Is there any quick remedy or any medication that I can use generally?

From your history it seems like you might have infection of the Ear drum or it could be referred pain from your tooth. Though to be precise you would need a complete ENT examination.
Next Steps
For now you can rely in pain killers and see an ENT at the earliest.
Health Tips
Avoid cold food and keep your ear dry.
