A term baby dead after vaginal delivery
A 30y mother G3AB2, with no medical history deliver in 17:15. ROM occur from 12 and fluid was clear. After baby exit from vagina, a thick meconia with particle poured out.Baby received first step of Resuscitation and get po with milk. 3 hours later get sick :tachypnea, hypoxia, seizure and dead with DIC.
