Hi me and my girl had a rough dry humping few days back and she started bleeding from her vagina , but we thought that was normal but been 4 days its continuing now she has abdomen pain pls help

There might be some serious injury if it has been 4 days and still bleeding , go to nearby gynaecologist for examination.
