Hello there, I can understand your concern. i do not think its a problem, its just obesity which you need to deal with by proper diet and exercise. its just central obesity and mild prostate enlargement is fine as such. have a high protein diet, high finer diet. instead of having three huge meals a day, have five smaller meals at regular intervals. and let 2 of those 5 meals be entirely of fruits and vegetables. drink lots of water. do cardio workout for atleast 30 minutes everyday and suryanamaskar for 30 minutes everyday best regards, Dr. Anil kumar Jain.

This is a very common presentation of central obesity. Donot panic. Since prostrate gland is mildly enlarged, so it may be treated by urologist or any general physician. Central obesity is the most important risk factor of diabtes and hypertension. So, go through complete body check up and if your all blood reports are fine, than start on exercise routinely. Practice Yoga.
