I have abdomen pain from last 6 weeks and in rare case blood comes after bowel movement not mixed and cut in anal reason bcuz of hard stool

U probably have a Fissure-in-ano. Do Sitz bath twice daily. Use Diltegesic ointment 2% (apply locally in and around perianal area after defecation), 2-3times a day for a week. Keep motions towards softer side by drinking 3-4lts water per day and using Lactifibre powder. If symptoms persist then consult Gastroenterologist.
