I have been having pain since last 5 months in my right abdomen basically at night and in early morning, I have checked ultrasound ...report says fatty lever. I am totally confused and in a bad situation for taking so much medicine. sir please tell me a proper solution.

Hi Fatty liver is a common report we see in many overweight patients. Its as such not a disease and it doesn't give pain. I suggest you see a surgeon as without examination treatment cant be suggested.
