Abdomen problem
I have been experiencing recurrent cramp and swelling of lump/mass which occurs in my abdomen when I cough hard or bend or lift anything heavy,this lump can actually be felt with fingers, it is very painful, then after sometime it disappears on its own and I feel relaxed.what could be the exact problem?

Looks like hernia.
Did you underwent any Abdominal Surgery in past?
If yes...it is incisional hernia.
If not... umbilical or epigastric.
