Abdomen problem
I have been experiencing recurrent cramp and swelling of lump/mass which occurs in my abdomen when I cough hard or bend or lift anything heavy,this lump can actually be felt with fingers, it is very painful, then after sometime it disappears on its own and I feel relaxed.what could be the exact problem?

Looks like hernia. Did you underwent any Abdominal Surgery in past? If yes...it is incisional hernia. If not... umbilical or epigastric. Advice or plan to get see local Surgeon for definite treatment
