Abdomin pain
I'm 27 male,from last two weeks having chest and abdominal tenderness.h having sharp,biting and sensitive pain in left epigastric and umbilical region.feeling like something is there or like torn tissue.bowel moment is fine.stomach growling.i am always feeling like something is biting at left side of naval and also burning sensation of stomach.kindly let me know what might be the issue and what needs to be done.thank you!

Hi... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers.
