Abdominal bloating, aching, gas
I have been experiencing abdominal bloating everyday for about 8 months now. As soon as I get out of bed my stomach feels gigantic and tight, even if I haven’t eaten or drank anything yet. I also get gas along with it, as well as some painful bowel movement as if there is a cut or sore at the end of my rectum. I am experiencing aching pain in the lower hypogastric region.

Looks like large bowel issue. It may be nonspecific constipation or specific issues which need medical attention immediately. Early detection gives better cure.
