  4. Abdominal fullness. Require treatment?.

Abdominal fullness
My left kidney measures 11.0 * 4.9 cms...seen in lower pole parenchyma is a well defined ecogenic lesion measuring 7.4 mms...what does it mean ? does it require treatment ? ..also in ultrasound its mentioned that this represents angiomyolipoma..there is no evidence of any calculus disease, cortical scarring or hydronephrosis...

This small AML doesn't require any treatment.. they are asymptomatic...
