Had two CS operation for delivery after that pain in abdomen not reducing ovaries fine after cysts removal before five years now pain started CT scan done every thing normal one small doubt was a minimal amount of fluid is present in pelvis may be reason for pain. Another gynaecologist says may be because of adhesions

Are u eating fried things or things with besan in it. It is usually because it after 2 or more surgeries. U need to show a good physician as I would like to examine u for better clarity

Hello if fluid has accumulated the cause should be found out it may be due to infection or inflammation Adhesions should be ruled out consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
