As per details suggesting The stone/s in the kidney Or Abdomen gas bloating simply

Apply generous amount of ghee or oil to head and Fill and apply warm castor oil to navel by laying supine and later after around 10.mins lay by left side by folding right knee towards abdomen... if the simple gas formation  it reduces.. if not a stone.. can confirm by the USG for the same
