Abdominal pain
Have been experiencing sudden pains in my lower abdomen for a week now. My period is 2 days late but the pain feels like cramps but exactly isn't. What can it be?

U need to investigate..it could be pcos or thyroid problem or ovarian cyst Ifu r sexually active do a urine pregnancy test as well
