Watery discharge smell and pain could all be symptoms of infection pregnancy test can be done only after a skipped period If the last intercourse was on 19th and she got her periods on 26th she cannot be pregnant

Your partner's last period was on 27 October. You had protected intercourse on 19 November. That day was in a safe zone as far as pregnancy is concerned. She had her periods on 26 November. So there is no chance of pregnancy. Please get her Sonography of the lower abdomen done. Most likely it is due to infection.
