I am 24 years old 54 weight I have abdominal pain right side from half day I have small infection Give me any suggestions.

Get physical clinical examination done by a general surgeon to make a primary clinical diagnosis.treatment ad per clinical findings and diagnosis made. Infection can be treated by appropriate antibiotic course
