I've been experiencing severe pain in my stomach that I can't even move. It feels bloated. I can't eat also.

Hello.. Well pain in the lower abdomen might be related to intestinal infection, food poisoning, uti , etc...we need to evaluate the cause...it's quite possible that you are suffering from indigestion and gastritis.. please try to have food on time...drink water well...thank  you
