Abdominal pain
I went to the ER on 1st of Nov. because I noticed the color of my stool is black and 7 out 10 abdominal pain in the upper area.They didn't know what exactly is wrong. They drew blood and did othr tests and x-ray and discharged me only suspecting that i have either Gastritis or Ulcer. They described me "pantoprazole(PROTONIX) 40 mg ec tablet. I have taken it 3 time for 3 days each morning. However today I noticed that my stool has normal color but it has blood in it and when wiping I see blood

These are symptoms of an upper Gastro intestinal bleed.... You need to undergo a set of investigation and importantly a upper GI endoscopy to locate the site of bleed
