Abdominal pain..
Im having problems-abdominal pain(both upper and lower),severe gas problem,stools are not clear(not fully constipated) and severe gas pains all over body and also breathing difficulty due to that..Im currently using tab eltroxin for hypothyroidism..Have a past history of surgery for Rt tympanoplasty..Kindly see the report and tell what needs to be done,what type of diet needs to be followed and what medications should be taken..Kindly reply..

Report says Gastritis with positive h pylori infection.
Need treatment for h pylori Nd Gastritis.
Other Intestinal cause also need to be ruled out
