Abdominal pain on r. side w/sore throat
I have a pain on my right side at the inside base of my rib cage and it is accompanied by sore throat and stiff neck. The pain intensifies when swallowing, especially liquids. It's not a burning in the throat but more like an ache.

You may be having tonsillitis or pharyngitis start taking tab paracetamol 500 Mg thrice a day and visit a nearby physician for check and then he may start anti biotic if required.

Pain in the chest with cough cud be due to chest infection.sore throat indicates pharyngitis.please visit a physician nearby to check it out
