Abdominal pain since last Thursday night
Last Thursday, I had a spicy dinner in a small hotel and while sleeping severe abdominal pain started. I took some medicine, which gives me little relief for some time and then again pain start. I am a diabetic also

I can understand your concern.
I'm sure that "some medicine" will be having a name .
As of now you can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Drink one cup curd.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
