Abdominal pains like cramp and back pain
I have been having abdominal cramp and waist pain since five days now after two days in that five days now I spotted pinkish blood and now normal menstrual blood and it's not suppose to be my period cuz it's four days early , I did pregnancy test but it came out negative, what do you think will be the problem

It is ok . Menstrual cramp may be due to hormone namely prostaglandin . If you have severe pain take Tab Meftal spas which will relieve your pain .
