Abnormal behavior of my father

Asked for Male, 52 Years

My father takes a lot of time of time to get ready for office. His office timing is 8:00 am but he always leaves home after 10. He goes to washroom 4 to 5 times a day and takes lots of time. He feels better when there is a holiday. He makes strange faces while getting ready and talks to himself sometimes. This is happening from last 10 years. Many doctors have said that they can write on stamp paper that my father has no physical problem. Please help me.
