Anger Management skills are required. Be open to listening to others views, opinions and perspectives. Know what is important to you and what is not. Don't waste your time and emotional energy on things that are not so important. Instead of talking aggressively, try to talk respectfully. If you can't control your anger, ask for timeout and come back to discuss with a cool mind.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course of action.

Hello Anger management is needed. First of all prevent yourself from acting out during anger episodes. Whenever you feel like getting angry either do reverse counting from 100 to 0 or deep breathing from your diaphragm. Meditation daily shall also help.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist in person
