  4. Abnormal ECG. Something to worry about!

Abnormal ECG
Please find attached ECG. I have had multiple stress tests , cardiac CT scan and everything is normal. I still have dizziness , sweating in night and feels like palpitated. Please review and let me know if there is something to worry about
