Me and my girlfriend had an unprotected sex two months ago....By consult with doctor ,Is it legal to have the abortion tablet if she is in 8 week of pregnancy and unmarried.

It is legal because now she is major but for consent legal guardian should be required there you can get problem . Consult to your doctor she will guide and help you confirmation by ultrasonography is must.
