Hello doctor i want to take becadexamin is it good and it's dosages thank you i have recevied very good suggestions i wish this also maybe a part of it thanks

Yes you can take becadexamine ; take 1cap daily for 10 - -15 days then give break of 3 months then take again for10 -15 days . Because taking more is harmful in long run . You can take fruits green leafy vegetables milk and milk products instead to get all vitamins in your diet.
