I m 7 weeks 6 days pregnant but my baby heart is not visible ND I have sub chorionic hemorrhage ND I have seedling anterior wall fibroid I have baby of 9 months this is my second pregnancy I want to know going wrong

You are giving feeding to baby.So chances of missed abortion is more.Wait for 2 weeks and get it done.If same finding meet immediately to gynaecologist.But you have no bleeding then wait.
