About blood pressure
Hi sir 1 month back my mother suffering dizziness. She visited doctor doctor tested her BP and said her BP level abnormal. He wrote medicine CILACAR 10 mg. She again tested yesterday evening BP level is 160/90. please suggest continue that medicine or any changes is dosez. Howmany days continue medicine. Or continue eat life long. Please give your's valuable suggestions. Thankyou sir

I think medicine should be changed as Cilacar is not that effective. Try Ramipril H 5 mg.once daily in the morning. Or else consult a physician. It is advisable to reduce weight by atleast 20 kg over a period of 6-8 months.

It shold be continued. Physical exercise indicated. Salt restriction with low fat diet is advisable.
