How many radiotherapy cycle is required for this patient Er/pr-positive Her2-negative. How many chemo cycle is required and which type chemotherapy is required

She has deep resected margin and inferior soft tissue margin positive. If possible both of those requires to be revised by surgery She would.ideally require 6cycles of chemo followed by radiotherapy.
Next Steps
Pet ct scan if not done prior. Else mammo and ct scan to look for residual disease and surgery

Most of the institutions follow 25 fractions (cycle) of Radiotherapy ,followed by boost (as the margin is positive) for 5-8 more fractions. Chemotherapy cycles depend on the physician's choice ,but most commonly followed is upto 8 cycles. Also ,if the HER2/neu study is positive ,she will require anti HER2/neu for 1 year.
Next Steps
Proper staging of the disease with scans (CT scan or preferably PET-CT scan).
