Is it true that mothers milk has no value after 6 months ? It has only water and no other benefits to baby?

Absolutely wrong ......it doesn't provide sufficient nutrition after 6 months of age ,so we have to add home available complementary feeds....it shd be continued till at least 2 yrs of age ( in addition to complementary food)
