Hi. By usg report looks like complicated cyst. As it has internal echoes. The chance of malignancy in complicated cyst is less than 2 %.
Next Steps
If pain is there then go for USG guided aspiration and testing for malignant cells in the aspiration by cytology.
If not follow up imaging.
