Celin- Vitamin C , usually comes in 500mg doses.  Ideally 1 tablet a is enough for most adults. In some cases we might recommend twice a day and there are some contraindications aswell . So, it would be better to consult with your doctor to see if you really require vitamin c daily, as we can get daily recommended dose from our daily diet, unless we have some vitamin deficiency or some malabsorption issues.
Next Steps
It will be best to consult with your doctor to know if its required for you to take it , or your doctor can give you alternative options.
Health Tips
Though its a water soluble vitamin and side effects are minimal,  its advisable not to take too much of it, either it can be harmful or useless to take too much of it.
