About colonoscopy test
Hello doctor I have diagnosed with intestinal TB.. N doctor suggest me for a mantoux test and colonoscopy test. I want to know is both tests are a confirmation of intestinal cancer ? Please tell me about this.
And I also have diagnosed with high level of arthritis.. So please also suggest me some common treatment of this while having TB..

Colonoscopy alone is not diagnostic of cancer.. cancer need to be confirmed by biopsy
