Hi . I understand your concern s. She will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray to look for any lung infection. And also pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same

No Cough Syrup will cure the problem. She needs Inhaler medications and a Pulmonologist opinion Budesonide200mcg+formeterol 6 mcg rotacaps with Redihaler twice daily 8am 8pm How to take the medication should be advised by a piulmonologist in person for proper efficacy.
