Hi, I'm trying to concieve the 2nd baby after 8 years, my gyno gave duphastan 10 mg tablet for the D16- D25 with folic acid tablet. But I took wrongly at the D2 - D6 of my periods. I'm scared about that the side affects will affect the baby

Are you pregnant or planning for pregnancy .It does not  affect your baby only one problem will get early period.After getting period go and meet the doctor for further information and continue the folic acid.

It will  not affect on baby.. But on the follicle.. May be  it will not grow  properly.. Go ahead with ovulation study
