About increase height after first period
My daughter is 10 years old having their period is before 4 months. her height is 4 feet 9 inch. I worried about her height. I want to know how to increase her height. please suggest me how increase her height. my height is 5feet 1 inch and my husband height is 6 feet

I notice that your and your husbands height is good. So calculating BT (expected height of child ) she should minimum reach 5.3 feet as adult size or more than that. You may please put her in regular exercise like swimming for whole body workup. Anyways do not worry in next 3-4 years her growth will shoot up.
