About kanchnar guggul tab
I am taking Baidnath  Kanchnar guggul tabet, but most of tab are big in size which many times causes choking, is there any other way to take it can I break it in powder from or take broke small part with water.

U can break this and also replace in powder form ....But u can take this with hot water....

Yes, you can take after breaking into small pieces.infact it  absorbs earlier than tablet.so results are better
