About menstrual cycle
Actually i always get my periods late then the past month. But mom says it is not good. Thats why everytime i get cramps which are very painful more than usual. And this moth i didnt have my periods. So what to do?and is it not good to have periods on proper time?

Usually in the initial years periods are a bit irregular , but as years passes by the periods start getting regular , however if they do not u need to get an ultrasound done to clear doubts on any underlying issues or harmonal imbalance, Thyroid etc .
