About Mirena IUD
I am a mother of 2 kids and have been using Mirena since last 5 years and it is about to expire. Can it be replaced with a new one? If so, is there a gap (in days) required between its removal and implantation of new one?

Yes it can be replaced. No gap is required you can remove old and put  new one in same sitting
