Sir... my age is just 25 but mere hair white hone lage hai....and my beard is also white ..please tell me the solution

Gerying/White Hair:- Tab-Kerablak once daily for 3 months. Increase intake of Protein diet. Check Blood test-Haemoglobin and T3,T4,TSH
